-Delivery

Your reading will be delivered in video format with a duration of approx. 40 minutes (longer depending on the chart complexity).

Delivery time is currently 3-4 weeks. After your booking is confirmed, I'll get in contact with you by e-mail to confirm your birth details and scheduled delivery date.

 

Payment is done via invoice and you can choose between Credit Card, Paypal or Google Pay.

​

A link to watch and download your reading will be sent to your e-mail on the scheduled delivery date, so make sure you are using the correct email address and keep an eye on your spam folder!

-Refunds and Cancellations​

Refunds requested after your reading is already sent will not be accepted.
