How are the readings delivered?

All readings are delivered as a private pre-recorded video, usually between 40 and 60 minutes long (depending on the reading). This allows me to take the time to thoroughly analyse your chart without being limited by a live session.

After receiving your reading, you're welcome to send me follow-up questions by email if you'd like clarification on anything we discussed.

How long does it take to receive my reading?

When booking, you'll choose from one of the available delivery dates shown in the calendar. Your reading will be delivered on or before the date you selected. That said, the current waiting time is between 1 and 2 months.

I'm not sure which reading to choose. What should I do?

If you're unsure which reading best suits your situation, simply send me an email with your question before booking. I'll gladly point you in the right direction.

What information do you need from me?

For most readings, I'll need:

• Your date of birth

• Your exact birth time

• Your place of birth

Some readings may also require additional information or a specific question, which I'll then request you by email after your booking.

What if I don't know my birth time?

An accurate birth time is essential for most of my readings. If you don't know your birth time, feel free to get in touch before booking. Depending on your question, there may still be options available.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

As each reading is individually prepared and tailored specifically to you, refunds are only available up to 14 days before the delivery date for most readings, and up to 5 days for an Electional Astrology reading. If you need to cancel your booking before I've started preparing your reading, please contact me as soon as possible.

How accurate are your readings?

I've been studying astrology for over 20 years and practicing professionally for over 10 years, during which I've completed thousands of readings.

That said, astrology isn't about making absolute predictions or certainties. My goal is to provide thoughtful, grounded, and honest interpretations based on your birth chart and the astrological techniques I use. While astrology can offer remarkable insight, how those themes unfold will always depend on the choices you make and the circumstances of your life.

Are these readings a substitute for professional advice?

No. Astrological readings are intended for personal insight and self-reflection. They should not be considered a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice.

Can I book a reading as a gift?

Absolutely! If you'd like to gift a reading to someone, simply get in touch before booking and I'll help you arrange it.

Please note that I only perform readings with the recipient's knowledge and consent. I don't read the charts of third parties without their permission. For that reason, any gifted reading will be delivered directly to the recipient rather than to the person purchasing the gift.
