Who I am

Solar Flare Astrology is operated by Giselle Fernandes and is based in Bergeijk, the Netherlands.

To provide your astrological reading, I may collect the following information:

  • Your name and email address

  • Your date, time, and place of birth (required to calculate your astrological chart)

  • Any additional information you choose to share that is relevant to your reading, such as specific questions or delivery preferences

  • Payment information, which is processed securely by my payment provider. I do not have access nor store your payment card details.

 
Why I collect your data

Your personal information is collected only for purposes related to providing my services, including:

  • Preparing your personalized astrological reading

  • Communicating with you about your booking, delivery, and any follow-up questions

  • Meeting legal and accounting obligations

  • Sending newsletters or other updates only if you have explicitly subscribed to receive them

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I process your personal data on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a contract – to provide the reading or service you have purchased.

  • Wix (website hosting, booking system, and payment processing)

  • My email provider (for communication with clients)

These providers process personal data only as necessary to provide their services and in accordance with their own privacy policies.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
