These Terms & Conditions apply to all astrology services provided by Solar Flare Astrology. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services
All services are individually prepared based on the birth information and/or details provided by the client.
Recorded astrology readings are created specifically for you and cannot be transferred, resold, or reused by another person.
Delivery
All recorded readings are delivered as a private pre-recorded video.
The Seven-Year Forecast is approximately 60–90 minutes in length. All other recorded readings are approximately 60 minutes.
The Electional Astrology Reading is delivered in writing via email and includes the selected electional date(s), together with a short explanation of why those dates were chosen.
Follow-up questions relating to the topics covered in your reading are welcome and included in the price.
Recorded readings are delivered twice each month. Available delivery dates are shown during the booking process.
Delivery times for Electional Astrology may vary depending on the nature and timing of the request.
Birth Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate birth date, birth time, and birth location where applicable.
The quality and accuracy of the service depend on the information provided. I cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-Recorded Video Readings
Bookings for recorded readings may be cancelled up to 14 days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
After this point, refunds are no longer available, as preparation and recording of your personalised reading may already have begun.
Electional Astrology Reading
Electional Astrology bookings may be cancelled up to 5 days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
After this point, refunds are no longer available, as research and preparation may already have begun.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 48 hours.
Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing a personalised astrology service, you expressly request that preparation of your service may begin before the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
Once preparation has begun, your right of withdrawal may no longer apply in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nature of the Service
Astrology is intended as a tool for self-reflection, personal development, and decision-making support.
All services are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Clients remain fully responsible for any decisions they make following a consultation or reading.
Intellectual Property
All written and recorded materials remain the intellectual property of Solar Flare Astrology.
Services, recordings, written reports, and accompanying materials are intended solely for the personal use of the client and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, shared publicly, or published without prior written permission.

Governing Law
